What could you do with 30 uninterrupted minutes to yourself?

This was a question I posed in Break Up With Mum Guilt last week. We had some great answers from reading a book to writing, to having a bath and calling a friend overseas. All lovely things that just don’t happen unless we make time for ourselves.

After an amazing event last week, I went out for a celebratory pizza with my husband. The last time we went for pizza was back in February when I tried to explain what mum guilt is and why I wanted to bring mums together to talk about it. This time I was celebrating actually having done it twice!

I know some of you had to dash to deal with waking babies, and some of you didn’t manage to join us on the night so I’ve popped the recording in our Facebook group.
