Last Friday, I went to a vision board workshop (hear me out…). I’m a visual thinker. I wanted to get clear on what I want the next phase of me to look like.

The main message that came out of it was to be bold, courageous, and daring with the heart of a lion. This is funny because I thought of myself as a lion mama encircling and protecting her cubs when I had to stand up to doctors throughout pregnancy. You wanna hear me roar? I bet you can roar pretty loudly too.

So let’s be louder, bolder, and more confident in standing up to mum guilt. Let’s see that bully through the eyes of a lion. Whether you have won your own
